Every project starts with a personal meeting. At this meeting, We will discuss the various options and fees. A survey of the property is then taken to provide the base layout plans and elevations. Proposal drawings are then drawn up and discussed with you.

When the design is too your satisfaction, the full specification drawings are then submitted to relevant Local Authority for Planning Permission or Building Warrant. All correspondence relating to the planning application and/or building warrant is then answered and dealt with to obtain the relevant planning permission and/or building warrant approvals.

All of work is produced using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
